Telephone calls and AI systems

When Race Street Systems operates an automated telephone assistant for a customer, the assistant identifies itself as automated and provides the approved recording disclosure at the beginning of the call. The business represented on the call determines the approved workflow, services, and escalation rules. Details for a particular deployment, including retention and access, are governed by the applicable customer agreement.

Text messages and mobile information

If you separately consent to receive transactional text messages, those messages may include appointment confirmations, service updates, or responses you requested. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.

Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that help us deliver requested communications, subject to appropriate restrictions.
